Access to the Endpoint Agent installer from the ThousandEyes application requires a ThousandEyes user account with the Download Endpoint Agents permission for the account group (for example, the built-in Account Admin or Organization Admin roles).
To download the Endpoint Agent:
In the ThousandEyes web application, navigate to Endpoint Agents -> Agent Settings.
Select the relevant Endpoint Agent radio button:
Endpoint Agent Pulse

Optional: Toggle the Allow anyone with the link to download switch to generate shareable download links for Endpoint Agent users that do not have/need access to the ThousandEyes web application.
Note: If this link gets compromised or requires refreshing, resetting it will render any previous links issued invalid.
Download the Endpoint Agent via either the installation file or generated download link:
a. Click the download button for the relevant operating system to download the Endpoint Agent installation file.
For Windows Users: After clicking the download button, a drop-down menu will open. Select the relevant architecture to download the installation file:
x64 Windows MSI
x86 Windows MSI
Note: After clicking the download button, a pop-up notification may appear (depending on the local security settings). Click Keep to continue the download process.
For Mac OS Users: After clicking the download button, a pop-up notification may appear (depending on the local security settings). Click Keep to continue the download process.
b. Click the generated download link to download the Endpoint Agent installation file.
