Naming and Navigation Menu Changes - Summary List

As part of our efforts to improve the ThousandEyes platform, we have re-organized a number of menu titles and navigation paths in the ThousandEyes user interface. Below is a summary of the changes you can expect to see after February 19, 2025.

Cloud & Enterprise Agents menu changes:

  • Cloud & Enterprise Agents has been renamed to Network & App Synthetics.

  • Event Detection has been moved out from Cloud & Enterprise Agents into a new top-level menu entry of the same name.

  • BGP Monitors has been moved into a new top-level menu entry titled Routing.

Further BGP menu changes:

  • Routing contains BGP-related menu entries for Views, Test Settings, BGP Updates, and Private BGP Monitors.

Alerts menu changes:

  • Alerts has been renamed to a top-level menu item Alert List and does not include the alert configuration options.

  • Alert Rules and Alert Suppression have been moved under Manage.

  • Alert Suppression has been renamed to Alert Suppression Window.

Sharing and Account Settings changes:

  • All Sharing menu items have been moved under Manage > Sharing.

    • Snapshots has been renamed to Private Snapshots.

    • Saved Events has been renamed to Public Snapshots.

    • Shared by ThousandEyes has been renamed to Shared Tests.

  • All Account Settings menu items have been moved under Manage > Account Settings.

Connected Devices menu appears as follows:

  • Data Views

    • Analytics

    • Mapping

    • Chart views

    • Reports

  • ConstantCare

  • Management

    • Management suite

    • Test manager

    • Your APIs

  • Data Export

Additional menu changes:

  • Endpoint Agents has been renamed to Endpoint Experience.

  • Integrations has been moved under Manage.

  • The Views entry under Internet Insights is now called Service Views.
