Integrating Microsoft Teams into ThousandEyes gives you access to more detailed data that resolves issues quickly and provides a better understanding of the underlying factors. This is particularly useful when trying to pinpoint the cause of a problem.
Microsoft Teams offers several metrics related to their Call Quality Dashboard via API. Although these metrics are not calculated by ThousandEyes, incorporating them into your ThousandEyes data can simplify the process of analyzing information and prove extremely valuable in troubleshooting.
