Alert Notifications via SMS

Due to recent policy changes by the ThousandEyes SMS notification provider, SendGrid, they no longer support relaying messages to email-to-txt addresses. This change affects any customers who use this method for alert notifications.

To ensure uninterrupted alert delivery, we recommend you explore alternative notification channels while our work on finding new options to support SMS notifications is pending research and development.
